Bagecha by Adis Café is more than just a café — it is an experience built on passion, growth, and a deep love for creating memorable moments.

Our journey began in 2019 in Chandigarh, where we launched our first café to embrace a bold new experience. The venture was a resounding success, proving our commitment to quality and service from the very start.

In 2020, we expanded to Chandigarh University. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the strategic decision to shift our business to Jalandhar to ensure resilience and continued growth.

By 2022, we freshly started in Jalandhar as a takeaway outlet, which soon expanded into a charming small café. Following an incredible response, 2023 marked the opening of our large-scale café with a 60+ seating capacity and premium interiors.

In 2026, we took a leap forward and introduced Bagecha by Adis Café — a nature-comforting oasis featuring indoor plants, water seating, and authentic continental cuisine, where every cup of coffee comes with a breath of fresh air.

Today, our journey continues with multiple outlets including Mastana Musafir by Adis Café

in Rishikesh.

Meet the Founder

The visionary behind Bagecha

Aditya Sharma

Founder & Head Chef

My journey in the food industry began in 2018 when I moved to Chandigarh to explore diverse cuisines and deepen my understanding of culinary arts. I pursued Restaurant & Catering Management (RCM) and gained hands-on experience working with well-known franchises such as Amritsari Galli, Hawkers Centre, and Chaat Roma.

Driven by passion and creativity, I launched my first café in Chandigarh in 2019. During the COVID period, I further expanded my expertise by moving to Bangalore, where I worked as a Continental Chef at JW Marriott, Whitefield, gaining valuable exposure in fine dining and global cuisines.

With growing experience and vision, I scaled my brand from Jalandhar and expanded to Rishikesh. Today, Adis Cafe continues to grow, and we are excited to announce plans for a new outlet in Chandigarh soon.
